There is good news for the people of India who live abroad because Prasar Bharati is going to launch a new TV channel DD International after DD India. This channel will not only broadcast the news of India but will also broadcast prominently what is India's attitude towards the world. That is, such news on which the world can trust as the side of the government.
The Bharat has always wanted that - "May all be happy and healthy", wants to walk with the world with such a spirit. This channel may also available on DD Free dish DTH, but it is not confirmed yet.
Doordarshan floated an Expression of Interest (EOI) seeking applications for consultancy service to provide a detailed project report for establishing the DD International channel.
As per the EOI document, DD International will build a global presence for Doordarshan and establish an international voice for India.

I wish there can be an International Channel which should entertain people by way of telecasting movie daily of all languages at different times. For instance, 6 am Tamil Movie, 8.30 am Telugu movie etc. Also the second channel should contain songs for 2.30 hrs of all languages. If you do so, people living both abroad and local will be happy and appreciate you.
