Recently Prasar Bharati Invited Applications from Private broadcasters to fill up DD Free dish's vacant MPEG-4 slots. Interested Private broadcasters can add their TV channel on the DD Free dish platform to reach a wide area in India.

These slots will be filled by using a pro-rata basis for the period of 5th July 2022 to 31st March 2023. Details available at http://fdslots.prasarbharati.org
As you know every year DD Free dish renewed its MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 slots from 1st April. So every channel is valid on Free dish till 31st March. You can result of the 60th online e-auction here.
